ABOUT ERIN LINFONTE
RYT 200 Yoga Alliance certified Yogi based in NYC (but mentally and spiritually in Bali). With a background in gymnastics and cheerleading, at a young age she learned how important body awareness, muscle strength, and correct alignment are for a healthy, balanced body. She loves to travel so she can practice yoga around the world in beautiful settings, eat amazing food, and learn life lessons from different cultures.

Erin believes Yoga is not just about asana practice (“pretty pretzel postures”) - it’s about a balance between a Yin and Yang lifestyle. This means taking the time to slow down with meditation, mindfulness, and nourishing your body with nutrients. It means focusing on building strength and correct alignment during any kind of workout. It means using breathwork (“pranayama”) to increase your energy or calm it down. It means setting daily intentions, and sticking to them. It means accepting that sometimes you don’t stick to them, and that’s ok. It means being a good human that practices loving kindness.
