Customized Approach

Everyone’s physical body is different - we are born with structural misalignments - and with environmental factors, our bodies grow and/or get ‘stuck’ in uneven patterns.  A customized asana practice is always going to be the most optimal approach to a healthy, balanced body. Our subtle bodies (our body’s energy) are different as well, and in one-on-one sessions, energy/spiritual work can be implemented on top of asana workouts.
